Certified physician assistant Dominic Sorrentino Jr., PA-C, is an anti-aging specialist and practitioner who established Affinity Wellness 4 Life in Bradenton, Florida, almost two decades ago.  He and his team offer highly effective health,  wellness, aesthetic, and weight loss services with high patient satisfaction. He specializes in alternative and integrative medicine.

Dominic Sorrentino was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology majoring in sciences from the University at Buffalo and Daemen College in Amherst, New York. With exceptional interest in medicine and on track for MD degree, Sorrentino instead opted and successfully completed Physician Assistant (MPAS) program studies with honors and became licensed to work as a PA in Florida by 2001. He began his carrer in Tampa, Fl specializing in emergency medicine working at several local hospitals.  Feeling a need to expand his carrer path he became interested in aesthetic medicine, obtained numerous advanced aesthetic certifications and successfully opened Affinity Medspa Inc in 2005. Furthering his passion for preventative disease, Sorrentino then later fellow trained in integrative and regenerative medicine with advanced certifications by the American Academy of Antiaging Medicine in 2010.  Now fully trained and certified in antiaging medicine along with years of medical, dietary and fitness experience was what allowed Sorrentino to fully integrate hormonal, supplemental, weight management and antiaging therapies into his thriving aesthetic practice- Affinity Wellness 4 Life was born. 

Adjuctively,  earlier on in his life Sorrentino earned nutrition and personal training certifications.  He has also competed in and won several local and state bodybuilding competitions first as a teenager and later in 2007-2009 winning the Central Florida, Tampa Bay Classic and Florida State bodybuilding titles.  His continued passion for health and fitness has been a mainstay of life and integrates much of what he has learned in these areas with his patients. 

To date,  Sorrentino has successfully treated hundreds of patients using his unique, 4-point integrative plan that combines hormonal balance, nutraceutical supplementation, dietary planning, and exercise management to achieve optimal patient health and wellness.  According to Sorrentino, Every one of these "4- point" areas needs to be followed consistently in order to reach optimal health and wellness goals.

Dominic further utilizes the latest research and documented clinical studies to provide safe and effective weight loss and anti-aging therapies to his patients. He and his team also offer Botox®, fillers, laser skin treatment, skin care, and numerous other anti-aging treatments.

Sorrentino maintains his advanced credentials with continuing education. He is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP), American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Florida Academy of PAs &  achieved national certification with the American Academy of Antiaging Medicine. Sorrentino further collaborates with Dr, Michael Heim who is also fully trained in anti-aging, integrative & regenerative medicine including Stem cell / PRP joint and spinal injections.
