Preventative Health
The goal of preventative health is to protect, promote, and maintain health and well-being and to prevent disease, disability, and death.
We choose to focus on disease prevention, as it covers measures not only to prevent the occurrence of disease, such as risk factor reduction, but also to arrest its progress and reduce its consequences once established. Our first line of defense is directed towards preventing the initial occurrence of a disorder, secondly we seek to stop or slow existing disease; or to reduce the occurrence of relapses and the establishment of chronic conditions through, for example, effective rehabilitation. The more you take care of yourself the faster you notice irregularities in your body and can get ahead of any disease coming your way, we can help you do that!
